Trilogy Tuesday: West Springfield Showcase 15 Return to main page
Current Ticket Availability At The Showcase West Springfield

First of all, the link you have to the West Springfield theater isn't working properly because when I go to it on my own directly through movietickets.com there are still definitely tickets available for sale.

You have to go to the site, enter the movie title (The Lord of the Rings: Trilogy), select the Trilogy Listing, and then when prompted agree to have it scan the special December date and then also enter the zip code for that specific theater which is 01089 (Their search radius won't cover more then 40 miles and will tell people outside that radius there's no place to see the film they want) and it will give you the option to buy tickets which are still available.

I stopped by the theater to pick up the two tickets I ordered last night when their system put them on sale prematurely. While I was at the theater, the Box Office person told me they still had 200 hundred seats available as of 5:00 p.m.

While it's not as nice as Boston Common it was constructed around the same time, has stadium theaters with decent sized screens and sound, and much better food as well as excellent parking.

I would also recommend that you advise people to plan on getting cheap motel rooms (in abundance in that area) because you have to take the Mass Pike to get out there and if there is snow on the ground or a snow storm at that time it will he hell for people to get in and get out and drive home at what will probably 1:00 in the morning. It's 90 minutes to Boston on a good day.
